If you aren’t walking with Christ, you are a dead man walking. You’re slowly moving toward an eternal death, worse than any capital punishment on earth.
But once you see Him, know Him, follow Him…you are aware that you were dead but now you are alive.
This week’s focus is on Ephesians 2:5: Even when we were dead in our transgressions, God made us alive with Christ— by grace you have been saved.
Dead Man Walking (Jeremy Camp, 2019)
Freedom was something I never found
Trying to find six feet underground
Under the weight of all of my sin
Fighting the fight that I couldn’t win
Then You rescued me
And now I can breathe
I was a dead man walking
Until I was a man walking with you
I was a blind man falling
Until I felt the life you’re calling me to
