It might feel like Friday, but your Sunday’s comin’

Jesus’ darkest hour was on Crucifixion Friday when even He felt like the Lord had forsaken Him.

We tend to feel the same in our darkest hour when God seems like He is nowhere around. But it is precisely because of this darkness that the Light shines even brighter when our Sunday comes.

Just as Jesus miraculously arose from the dead, God raises us up out of sin and servitude to Satan and places us in streams of living waters.

In Zach Williams 2022 song Sunday’s Comin’ he reminds us there is always hope on the horizon. A breakthrough will come to all who believe. If the Father can roll a two-ton stone from in front of His Son’s grave, He can remove any obstacle standing in your way.

It’s sometimes hard to see the light in the midst of your valley. You can’t see HOW it will ever get better. Your carnal senses cannot fathom a change, your desperation won’t believe in a miracle.

Yet God is a Waymaker. He can do things You’d never dreamed of. All He asks is that you hold on.

Because even though it might feel like Friday, your Sunday is coming!
